Education, Annual Conferences and Trade Shows

  • Produce and manage educational programs, seminars, workshops and annual conferences which include the following:
  • Participate in site selection and negotiate meeting contract with hotel property.
  • Assist in developing education program planning social events and establishing fees.
  • Secure top name speakers and entertainment.
  • Publish and mail seminar/conference brochure and registration forms and provide appropriate follow-up.
  • Obtain awards for member recognition.
  • Assist in securing sponsors for special events.
  • Process registration and produce name badges, registration packets and program.
  • Provide on-site management
  • Produce all aspects of association’s annual trade show or exhibition.
