Focused Solutions was founded in 1995 to assist non-profit trade and professional organizations by providing flexible, cost-effective services to their members. We offer our clients the experience necessary to build and maintain a successful organization and are capable of providing all aspects of non-profit association management and governmental affairs representation. Our philosophy at Focused Solutions is to give personal attention to a small, select number of clients. We feel the client’s needs can best be met through this individual attention and we have the satisfaction of getting to know and working closely with the officers and directors to achieve the long and short-term goals of the organization. Each association maintains its own identity but has the advantage of our professional talent without the expense of an office, staff and related overhead. Focused Solutions is a three-person office with extensive experience in association management and governmental affairs. In addition, we utilize a variety of contacts to provide specialized support as needed.
